Letter from the Chairman
Dear Potential Member,
Greetings. On behalf of the founding members of the Idaho Majority Club, I invite you to consider joining us in our quest to restore and preserve all that makes Idaho great through electing conservative-principled candidates to local, state, and federal offices. Our founding philosophy is focused on the bedrock conservative underpinnings of individual responsibility, families as the core of our communities, and limited government.
As a fellow principle-centered Idahoan who is greatly concerned about the direction of our Nation and our beloved State, we believe that you are with the majority of Idahoans, along with us, in this time of challenge and change.
If you live in Idaho by choice and love its great and abundant outdoors, you are not alone. If you raise your family and enjoy the blessings of them in Idaho’s clean and free towns and cities, vibrant with growth and solid traditional western values, you are not alone. And if you believe that an even better and greater Idaho is right for you and your family, then you are in the majority.
Yet we are seeing political and contrived social strife that is simply unnecessary in a state like ours. There is too much ugliness in our local elections where we often are choosing among our friends to serve our cities and boards. If that concerns you, then you are in the majority.
If you’re concerned about fights and squabbles among our politicians, even of the same party, that is well beyond robust debate in their representation of us, you are in the majority. We are concerned too, and we believe we too are in the majority.
It is time for Idaho to return to our civil and cordial ways, our respect for law and order, and our responsibilities as free men and women in quest for better self-government. To that end, we believe you, and we, are in the majority.
I invite you to ask yourself if you are ready to act to strengthen Idaho’s majority from fringe efforts and attacks and help us return her to the State that we all love. If you agree and are prepared to act then please, join us in our mission. Together we can make a difference in the political and societal climate of our great state of Idaho.
